Here's How It Works:
We ask that you decorate your booth in a farm theme to go along with the Holy Pig Drop Fundraiser
There is no cost for hosting at this event. You will be given a 10x10 space to set-up a tent and whatever you choose underneath to highlight your resources. We can provide a tent, table, and chairs, if needed
If you are a registered not-for-profit organization, your booth is eligible for a monetary prize raffle, the amount to be determined by the sales from the various events of the week. Our showcase fundraiser, however, is purchasing the pig drop squares. Get your community and network involved to buy up squares so the potential prize increases
Share our page on your socials, drum up support in your monthly newsletter, help us spread the news about this event
Raffle entries are in the form of "pig votes" assigned to your registered booth number. When your community buys squares, they have an opportunity to select who gets 5 extra votes in the raffle trough. The more of your entries in the trough, the higher your chances of winning our prize. Be sure your folks enter your organization's name in the Piggy Vote Code at checkout so their extra votes count towards you:
Our payout to the Mental Health partner is 10% of our square sales and booth votes, a minimum of $1000. The more squares and votes purchased, however, the bigger the prize! Be sure to spread the word to your audiences to come out and help your booth win!
This will be a great time for you to connect with others in this essential service to our community. Be sure to walk around to your fellow partners' booths and dream up how your organizations can collaborate
If you are a for-profit business venture, you are still welcome to participate! You will not be eligible for the raffle, but still have an opportunity to amplify your mission to better health and wellness.
