The field will marked off and divided up into 2-foot x 2-foot squares that are appropriately identified by a alpha numeric grid.
The competition will begin when the pig is released into the field.
There is no time limit for the event. The pig's first bowel movement within the grid will determine the winning square. The event will conclude after the first BM and its evaluation by the judges.
The square with the largest pile by sight will be declared the winning square. If it cannot be determined by sight, the entire sample from contested squares will be scooped and weighed to determine the winner.
Three judges will be responsible for evaluating the drop, and weighing, if necessary, to determine the winning square.
The winning prize amount will be awarded by check. The winner does not have to be present to claim the prize.
Each square is sold for a set price of $10 a square number. You can pick your squares when you purchase your tickets.
If you pick the winning square where the pig has dropped the most, you will win 10% of the cash prize of ticket sales
